TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please execute at my expense, unless otherwise agreed prior to commencement, the repairs/modifications/services listed overleaf, and any other work considered to be necessary to complete those repairs/modifications/services.
Further, I agree to the “Repair and Storage Conditions” as presented below.

DMD tuning will make every endeavour to complete the work by the prescribed time, subject to circumstances
beyond their control.
I hereby grant DMD Tuning’s authorised employee’s
permission to operate my vehicle herein described on their dynamometer, streets, highways or elsewhere for the
purpose of testing and/or inspection.
DMD Tuning accepts no responsibility for parts supplied by clients/customers used or new. It’s the sole responsibility of the client/customer to ensure the items supplied are correct and/or in good working order. DMD Tuning accepts no responsibility for any damage incurred from incorrect items supplied by customers/clients.
DMD Tuning accepts no responsibility for loss or damage, by fire, theft or accident to the vehicle, its equipment or
contents while on its premises, or being driven or road tested by its authorised employees unless gross negligence is proven.
Displaced parts will only be returned to the owner if requested.
DMD Tuning will be entitled to reasonable storage charges if the owner fails to take delivery of the vehicle within two (2) days after notification that the repairs have been completed.
DMD Tuning will take action to dispose of said property to reclaim any monies owing if the property is not claimed after thirty (30) days after job completion and notification of completed work. Storage charges will be added after two (2) days unless prior arrangements have been made.
The Law of Victoria applies to this agreement.
CHASSIS DYNAMOMETER USE DISCLAIMER
DMD Tuning staff is solely responsible for chassis dynamometer testing with no un authorised personal in the workshop while the chassis dynamometer is in use.
Whereas all care shall be taken, under no circumstances is DMD Tuning responsible for any
damage or mechanical failure resulting from chassis dynamometer activities.
The vehicle owner/agent warrants that their vehicle is mechanically safe, and its roadworthy condition is capable of
withstanding peak loads during chassis dynamometer testing.
DMD Tuning and the Dynamometer operators reserve the right of refusal should a vehicle be deemed unable to cope with the rigours of dyno tuning / testing.
I therefore indemnify DMD Tuning the Sponsor, their respective Management, Staff,
Employees, Operators, Volunteers and Sponsors against any / all claims, actions, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever suffered from or incurred as a result of the above mentioned activity
MONIES OWING
All property will remain the property of DMD Tuning until any invoices are paid in full.
Any client employing DMD Tuning to carry out work must fully accept and understand these conditions
